Sunken temple

His heart was a sunken temple
I tried to dive in
but my lungs were burning
for I tried to kiss his scars
and the poison within
drained me of my blood and air
so I became a mermaid,
a void soul wandering in vain.

— love can be destructive.

Catch my hand and don’t let go
for I will wake in the wilderness
always wondering why
you’re the beginning and the end,
the vulnerability and the strength,
the most beautiful dream and the worst,
the peace and the war,
the chaos hunting me.
You’re an echo in my thoughts
and I’m afraid to discover your secrets
for you could break my heart
and leave me sorrow…
but what if a glimpse
of your heart
could save me?

Otherworldly princess

She has risen a massive wall
in the garden of her soul
to keep away the strangers
who only wanted to rip off
the flowers she grew
with so much devotion
Then he occurred out of nowhere,
with a hurricane in his palm
and tore down the wall
so effortlessly.

Yet, he did not bruise a petal,
and walked instead
on the alley lined
with her hopes, seeking for
the otherworldly princess
he dreamed of
He found her later,
sitting on her throne,
with a silver handle sword
chained to her senses
and gently grasped her hands,
promising to join her
in all the battles that she carried,
for eternity and beyond.

Ever since,
nothing was ever the same
for he conquered her spirit
and she fell in love.

A silent mourn

At midnight,
the only vibrating sound
is the echo of something that was supposed to be a poem
My muse has no face,
no soul,
not even a heartbeat,
but a heart left to rot.

I’m bleeding for a thousand soldiers,
as darkness is tearing me apart
Dying, a last thought is crossing my mind —
Save me.
On the battle field,
I hear Death whispering my name,
and a promise that I will be eternal.

I lay my soul in a grave of hopes,
and I put on a crown that’s made of bones
The war is nearly ending
and i’m coming home,
seeking my one true love.
